Delivery & Returns
All orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days (7-10 business days if orders are placed over the weekend). If any item is unavailable, it will be placed on backorder for you and you will be notified by email or phone. You will have the option to change the colour or style of the item in this event. Backorders generally take 7-10 business days to get to our salon from the suppliers, unless they notify us with another date.
If we are unable to deliver your goods, or delivery is to be significantly delayed, we will inform you and you may cancel your order and claim a full refund.
All orders are sent with a tracking number and will require a signature for proof of delivery. So please make sure you, the customer, is home to sign for them.
Outside the UK orders are sent by International Recorded Airmail, please allow up to 7-10 business days from posting arriving in the country of destination, but may take a few days longer to reach you due to the unpredictability of International Mail and Customs. Please note that order by 2PM will be considered same day, therefore any orders after that time will be considered the next day.

Royal Mail Recorded Signed-For: FREE for orders over £150
1st Class Recorded Mail: £6.50 for orders under £150
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am: £16.00 for the first item
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: £9.00 for the first item
Postage and Packaging fees for EU orders
Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For: £15.00 for the first item (£2.50 for the second and additional items)
Postage and Packaging fees for REST OF THE WORLD orders
Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For: £22.00 for the first item (£3.00 for the second and additional items)
In the event that the goods are unsuitable or if you wish to exchange for a different style/colour, you can return the original condition of the wig with the free mainenance kit (unused condition) if included. Returns must be made within 14 days for a refund. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE FOR THE PRICE OF THE WIG AND DOES NOT INCLUDE P&P.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE BY CHEQUE ONLY! Please make a note of this BEFORE purchase. The only time we will refund by original payment method is when the purchase is an international order. No exceptions will be made.
For all exchanges, you will need to contact us by phone first (02074 046 040) to arrange the exchange. We will offer you store credit for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping fees) to spend on your next purchase when you return the original item back to us. Any differences in wig prices will be taken before the new wig is sent out.
You, the consumer, will be responsible for paying any costs for the returned goods, we recommend that a receipt of postage by the Royal Mail for Recorded Delivery for proof of delivery and tracking purposes. You will also be charged a postage fee (£5.90) for the new order to be sent out to you.
When sending your return, we would ask that the goods are sent back in the original packaging, with outer protection (such as a box) in the same pristine condition as was sent to you, with the HANG TAG attached and not cut.
We ask that you take reasonable care of your wig/hairpiece in not exposing the wig/hairpiece in a room where people smoke and that the wig does not come into contact with food smells, perfume or other odours.
If you return sprays, shampoos or other sundries, these must be un-used.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders (outside the UK).
Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled.
If a client repeatedly returns products, Bloomsbury of London reserves the right not to supply future goods to the individual concerned.
